ConversaSure Offline Verifier

Checks an evidence manifest and evidence documents entirely on this computer. It works with no network connection: save this file, disconnect, and open it. The optional register check is the only thing that uses the network, and it sends a SHA-256 fingerprint only.

Method and hash rules: README.md alongside this file, or https://www.conversasure.co.uk/verifier/README.md. Register lookups always go to https://www.conversasure.co.uk, never to an address taken from the manifest.
